Description

Adapted from Four Season Hotel, New York. This recipe can be made the day before and refrigerated overnight.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, freshly minced
  • ½ head Savoy cabbage, shredded
  • 1-tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1/8-cup light mayonnaise
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ginger, garlic, cabbage, sherry vinegar, mayonnaise, and sugar in mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
