Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned gluten-free or regular rolled oats (dry)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries 
  • 1/4 cup fresh banana slices 

Instructions

  1. In a 8oz mason jar or any other container, add yogurt, milk, honey, oats and chia seeds. Use a table knife to mix everything together, gently and thoroughly. 
  2. Add half of the strawberries and banana slices and gently mix them into the oatmeal mixture. 
  3. Top with the remaining fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  4. The next morning, remove the lid and enjoy!
