Not only do I score total major BROWNIE POINTS but it makes dinner all the more better. I decided to try a batch of brownies from scratch which ended up being the moistest ever brownies. Wow Oh Wow! These brownies turned out so delicious and moist.
Honestly, I’ve always preferred baking boxed brownies. Brownies from a box never let you down. Always turning out perfectly moist and fudgy. Anytime I made a brownie recipe from scratch, they were either dry or too cakey and never had that rich taste you get from boxed brownies.
Not until now, these really easy made-from-scratch bakery style brownies are beyond moist, much like lava cake, and oh so delicious. A real family pleaser!
Not a lot of ingredients are required to make these Moistest Ever Brownies. In fact, you probably already have everything you need in your pantry. Just gather up some semisweet chocolate chunks, sugar, butter, eggs (5), vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, and a sprinkling of powder sugar.
Use good quality chocolate, I like to use Ghiradelli. But hey, if you have Nestle chocolate chips on hand, then by all means, use them!
