Description
A cool sour cream and zesty sauce with cilantro, lime, and garlic. Perfect compliment any Mexican dish.
Ingredients
Scale
8 oz sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, leaves and stems, finely minced
zest of 1 lime
1 garlic clove, grated through zester
1/8 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except the salt. After mixing, season with salt and taste to determine if more salt is needed. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
